This course covers the fundamental principles of gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary physiology, focusing on the mechanisms involved in the functions of the GI tract, liver, and bile ducts. Students will learn about the regulation of digestion, absorption, and metabolism, as well as the physiological processes underlying liver function and bile production.
